All Virtual Assistant Services are tax deductible
Scarlett Office Services are not VAT registered
All Employee Legislation/Tax payments are solely the responsibility of Scarlett Office Services


  • Rates are charged at £30 per hour, billable per quarter hour
  • One-off Project based work and Daily Rates will be negotiated separately

Retainer Packages are ideal for those wishing a longstanding partnership

Bronze Package 10 hours per month, with 1 hour complimentary per month £300

Silver Package 20 hours per month, with 2 hours complimentary per month £600

Gold Package 30 hours per month, with 3 hours complimentary per month £900


Retainer Packages are based on a two month minimum requirement and are paid in advance. Unused hours can be transferred to the following month after which they may not be redeemed. Any additional work will be charged at the hourly rate of £30 per hour and out of hours work (unless by prior arrangement) will be charged at £60 per hour.

Additional expenses incurred such as postage and packaging, printing will be charged accordingly (at cost)

Payment is due within 14 days. Overdue payments will be subject to a 10% late payment fee during the first 30 days and an additional 10% will be levied for every subsequent 7 days the payment remains overdue
